Some businesses may qualify for a reduced or completely waived Express Build Fee through eligible Eagle Vision programs. This is optional and does not obligate you to switch payment processors.

Where do you accept payments?
You do not need to upload a processing statement here. If the initial review suggests meaningful savings or a larger Express discount may be available, Eagle Vision can request documentation separately. Any payment-processing volume used to determine a discount or waived setup fee must be verified before that discount is applied.

App build timing and app-store approval are different. The Express app target is for the initial build and device testing. Apple and Google control their own publication review timelines.
